Kamen Rider Gamma
Blatant Faiz Rip-Off
There are no guardian missions you can take at this time.
To answer Icebolt's question, there is a one player campaign. You play as Ethan Waber, a citizen of the Guardian Colony you start off on in the multiplayer campaign. It's the same gameplay, just you're fighting alone or with AI NPCs. You can take missions to grind and level up like in the multiplayer, or take the story-based Guardian missions and further the plot.
It's alot of fun, and there are some things Ethan can do that your character online can't. For instance, Ethan has goggles that let you go into a first person scanning mode and look for items, and he's automatically better at the job types than your own created characters, meaning he can use a wide variety of weapons and skills out of the starting gate.
The story is very anime-inspired, and each chapter has an ending montage, preview, and plays the opening again before you start the next chapter.
You can also eventually explore dungeons and areas that aren't even open in the multiplayer part of the game yet. And if you play the campaign with Ethan for long enough, you can make a one player Guardian of your own, that is the same as a multiplayer character, but can only be used offline. I think they included that extra mode for those with no Net access that want to know what the multiplayer feels like.
It's an okay one player game that is worth the money for those who like hack and slash gameplay with a sci-fi feel. Well, except maybe the 360 version. Upwards of $60 is a bit much to pay without the multiplayer, but it's still a good bit of fun.
