I find this extemely interesting... I've heard before of all the discrimination against gays, porn, S&M, etc. that existed and continues to today, but I don't think I've ever really realized how... they attempted to brainwash many with something like this to be the way they wanted to.
Aren't there like statistics that say people do something more if they're not allowed to? The Forbidden Fruit Syndrome? So, does that mean that this technically made MORE people the ways they didn't want them to be?
