So if the Patriots don't win the Superbowl, does that mean this perfect season means nothing? That's what the commentators were debating towards the end of the game. I would say yes.

Yup. The last team to have a perfect regular season was the 1972-73 Miami Dolphins, and they won Super Bowl VII.

i cant believe that the Pats did it. i have to give them credit though as even though they have looked beatable in a lot of games, they were still good enough to come out with the win in the end. now they just need to win the SB or else this undefeated season will be a waste. congrats Pats.
