I recently got WildBlue via Dish Network and all they warned me about was not to go over my monthly bandwidth alotment--nothing about torrents, etc.
When I was living in the dorms at school, they came down like Thor's hammer when it came to torrents enough to block them (incidentally, that was my roommate's fault...using up 80% of the dorm's bandwidth to download Ranma episodes). But when it came to stuff like direct downloads and downloading via Veoh, they didn't do anything.
I hope it all works out for you, Mammoth. That's a hell of a blow to lose that much toku.

Well that's one company that's definitely off my list if I ever move to the US... At least I haven't been busted as I use Sky Broadband and I must have downloaded over a Terabyte's worth of stuff since I went with them a couple of years back.
