I can't believe anything really hasn't been said about God of War! That game has more blood and nude female boobs than I've EVER seen in any game!!

Thompson is an embarassment to our legal system.He abuses it to no ends,and what is most troubling is that he feeds off the pain of those who have suffered tragedies,and to be honest..I bet he`s proud of it.He couldn`t care less about the people he represents or what they`ve gone through,and he especially doesn`t care about the children.All he cares about is the fame and the money..nothing more,nothing less.
Thankfully,as I`ve said previously,he`s never won a case,and there are those in the gaming community who have decided to show him for what he is.
Plus,following his antics with The Sims 2,hopefully we might see EA decide to sue his ass for libel and slander....

Man, i'd better check Killer 7 out of work before he changes another game to AO.
This is why I'm of the opinion that Game Ratings should be the same as movie ratings.
Some of the younger members might not remember this, btu we went through the same thing about 11 years agow ith Mortal Kombat. And there was even a time when people wondered about the appropriatness of Pacman.....

I have also played M-Rated games such as Grand Theft Auto, Doom, both Halo games, Mortal Kombat, and many other violent, bloody games since I was much younger, some of which I've even purchased without parental consent. By your logic, I should be a womanizing serial killer, and a general threat to society. But I'm not. And many other people I know have played those same games, and, to my knowledge, they have never been charged or even been suspected of any violent crimes. Why is this? Shouldn't I have been locked up by now?
The second, more rage-filled one was sent 7/22/05:
How can you expect publishers to control what people do with their games? It says right in the End-User License Agreement of every game on the market that consumers should not modify content, and the publisher is not liable if they do so. In Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, the sex minigame, while it was indeed in the game, was INACCESSIBLE, I repeat, INACCESSIBLE to the player without several hours of legwork, and said intercourse was fully clothed without the infamous modification. How many kids have the attention span and the technical knowledge to do it? Not many I know. If anybody should be punished in either this case or the Sims 2 scandal you're trying so hard to start, it's people like the modders who publicly release these hacks and the manufacturers of devices like Game Shark and Action Replay, NOT the publisher.
Additionally, you are quoted by Gamespot.com as saying, "The sex and the nudity are in the game. That's the point. The blur is an admission that even the 'Ken and Barbie' features should not be displayed. The blur can be disarmed. This is no different than what is in San Andreas, although worse." Did it ever occur to you that it might have been an artistic thing? "Comical," as the article described it?
And the average gamer is not a kid. In fact, the average gamer is around 30. Not 12. Stop trying to spread the misconception that games are children's toys and publishers are trying to destroy children's morals.
Find another form of free speech to villify, you ignorant, conservative nutjob.

The Sims 2 case was shot down fast.EA actually issued a press release stating that Mr.Thompson`s claims were idiotic(I believe they even used that word).
I`ll say it agin..I so hope EA takes Thompson`s sorry ass to court.You may not agree with some of EA`s buisness tactics or you might simply just despise them period..but I guarantee even the most staunch EA haters will stand behind them in this case.
