So, any word on if there gonna make a Souchaku Henshin Decade?

Personally, I can see Decade being a figuarts more

SH is pretty much dead at the moment, following the release of the Arc/Rey exclusives later this month. So if we ever see Decade, or Emperor Form/any version of IXA/Saga/Dark Kiva/etc., they'll most likely be FiguArts.
