NEWS: HHH injures himself!

Triple H injured his neck at RAW on Monday and collapsed backstage at RAW. According to several reports, Triple H landed badly on the neck at one point during his match with Hurricane and Rosey. There was a point where people around him thought he had suffered a concussion.

After the match, Triple H was backstage and spent a long time icing the neck and kept a towel around it. He did come back out for the shows closing angle with Ross being named an opponent for him next week on RAW. We're told he re aggravated the injury at some point during that and collapsed upon returning backstage.

We're told the injury is the reason the dark main event after RAW didn't take place.

It also appears right now that Triple H's injury was the reason Stephanie McMahon did not attend the OVW tapings tonight.

Seriously. I really give them credit for what they go through, and how they can actually finsh up matches and such up while still putting on a good show.

What creeps me out is that I check out other boards and some people are actually praising this injury. Ghouls.

I'm not a big fan of Hunter Hearst Helmsley but I'll be damned before I actually get happy over someone else's suffering. Especially with something as potentially serious as a neck injury.

Oh an a completely unrelated note. I used my time-travelling abilities and went into the future and got this bit of news from next tuesday. "The Hurricane and Rosey have been released by the WWE."

I couldn't have put it any better myself.

I knew people would be happy over HHH's injury. I don't like how the "character" dominates storylines but people should remember the line between fantasy and reality. Getting hurt is serious business and the people rejoicing over this should be ashamed of themselves.

I had no idea he was hurt when he came back out at the end of Raw. Guess that's a testament to his work ethic (even if you don't like his politics). A guy landed on his neck and crushed his throat at the Elimination Chamber and he still finished the match. He's a tough guy even though he said he's no tougher than the next guy. If there is any good in this is that he might take a vacation for a while. I haven't seen the guy take a break in two years and that can catch up to you.
