So far I like it quite a bit. It's quick and clean, although there seem to be a lot of tabs within each category that I have no idea what are for. The "My Xbox" category has everything I need so I won't bother with the rest unless I have to. Thankfully everything can be accessed quickly and cleanly from the all-text mini-blades menu.
Avatars are incredibly lame and even more of a Mii rip-off than I thought they'd be. Seriously, the music during creation sounds straight out of a Wii menu. Having you friends list displayed with their avatars in a 10 mile long stretch seems... counterproductive. I guess that's for the Party mode though which I haven't tried yet.
Overall it's less like the PS3's XMB interface than I thought it would be after seeing pics and video. Similar concept, but it's sort of like the XMB turned on it's side and at an angle. Apparently it's actually based off the Windows Media Center interface, but I've never seen that.
Haven't played with any of the other features yet, like installing games on the hard drive. I did manage to find a 120gb hard drive on clearance for $90 at Target though. I might have to buy more 360 games so I can take advantage of it, lol.

Dude, have you got access to all the titles Netflix's has up there? I kept hearing something about only being able to watch select titles or something like that.
