New Tiny Toons Coming

This news is a few days old, but anyway...

Tiny Toon Adventures is coming back under the name Tiny Toons Looniversity for HBO Max and Cartoon Network. It will be produced by Warner Bros. Animation and Amblin Television.

I've always liked Tiny Toons more than Animaniacs, so it's nice to see it's getting the same treatment. Hopefully, it works out.

I have more memories of watching Tiny Toons than of Animaniacs, to be honest. Our cable company dropped our Fox affiliate after a carriage dispute not long after the latter premiered and replaced it with Comedy Central; by the time Kids' WB came along I was already into Monty Python and MST3K.

When I learned Animaniacs was getting a reboot, I was hoping/expecting/figuring/wondering/whatever-you-want-to-call-it that this show would be next.

I didn't like TT more than Animaniacs. But, I did enjoy Tiny Toons. I'll definitely give it a shot. Worst case is that it's bad and it goes away.
