New Kamen Rider PS2 fighter

Considering how short of a dev cycle this thing probably has, I doubt it could stand up to them. They probably have less time to make a game than the other usual Kamen Rider games.

That does look true seeing as, even for PS2, those are some really bad looking graphics. The characters look clunky.
And it seems that, in a fighting game, wouldn't Decade be
1: hard to play with as he has too many moves and
2: OP as hell.

but I have to hand it to them, it looks like the characters move and look the same when they're fighting as they do in the shows.
