2K just announced a new Bioshock?
=2019]Kind of. There are no videos, screenshots, or even development art. The whole thing is just getting started, and at a new spinoff studio: Cloud Chamber. The studio’s existence was revealed today.
“BioShock is one of the most beloved, critically praised and highest-rated franchises of the last console generation,” said David Ismailer, President of 2K. “We can’t wait to see where its powerful narrative and iconic, first-person shooter gameplay head in the future with our new studio team at Cloud Chamber leading the charge.”
If it sounds odd that 2K would wait this long to begin development on the next Bioshock, that’s because it isn’t actually the case.
