Need help resizing picture for cosplay ID card

I found THIS on the official Dr McNinja forum and I was looking at using it as a ID card and laminating it for my Dr McNinja cosplay that I'm going to be doing at the London MCM Expo on the Sunday [I'm doing Nabeshin on the Saturday] and I'm concerned that it won't print out properly on a regular laser printer [believe me, I had a huge amount of trouble when I tried to do a ShinRa ID badge last year!:sweat:] so I was wondering if anybody could help me out by resizing the badge for me in such a way that it's still readable and yet also usable as a ID badge.

Trial and error dude. Remember the sizes from last time? Well, if its similiar, experiment around. Print it out in different sizes until you find one that works fine. Any decent printing software will do, even MS paint.

That's the problem... I can't remember what the final settings were!:redface2:
