Anyone know what the words under the Gold Writing Say? Anyway I got 16 Riders, OOO is always my main ( due to him being highest level) and then I switch between the others.

Don't know if it's a problem with the emulator, but Kabuto keeps using Hyper Cyclone as soon as the meter fills up... :eyebrow:

Is there any way to charge the meter outside of fighting?

Nope, but finally beat the boss, had trouble in phase 2. But switching to old school setup, Black, level 22, and ZX level 25 he got smacked by good old beating and a lot of Rider Punching and Kicking.
