1. Toku/PR characters are pretty scarce from what I have seen. I just searched google by typing Power Rangers Mugen Characters or Kamen Rider Mugen Characters. Just search like that for whatever characters you want. I got a few KR characters (Faiz, Ryuki, Hibiki, Agito, Blade), but they really suck. I also got a Green Ranger character, that is decent but pretty buggy.

2. About the text, I believe you are playing the debug version of Mugen. There should be two icons in the MUGEN folder. One says WinMugen, the other should say something to the effect of WinMugen Debug. I think if you click the WinMugen icon, there will not be any letters at the bottom of your screen.

Well Toku Characters are rather scarce, I have Ultraman, Kamen Rider 1, Sasword, Drake, TheBee, Kabuto, Agito, Ryuki, Faiz, Hibiki, Green Ranger, Red Ranger, White Ranger, aaaaand thats about it.
