...not your usual brand of tokusatsu! But tokusatsu nonetheless, Yuuichi Nakamura (Kamen Rider Hibiki, Den-O) is going to star in an upcoming tokusatsu based on the manga Moyashimon. Series will start in July and air back to back with a new anime starring Gackt. Anywho! This is a short description of the show:

The series follows Tadayasu Sawaki, a first-year college student at an agricultural university, who has a unique ability to see and communicate with bacteria and other micro-organisms.

I have seen the anime and it is really hilarious.
I hope the live action series live up with it. But I'm wondering why Kei Yuuki, Tadayasu's best friend is not in the live action series?
