I thought it'd be good to see what your ideal rider would be, seeing as Decade can become different riders, so take your favourite parts of other riders and put them together!
I'll start off:
Kamen Rider Psyga, but black instead of white, keeping the blue lines. IXA's head, making the gold part silver, and opening up to burst mode reveals one big blue eyepiece instead of two red ones like normal. Can then cast off to dark kabuto, but the red circuits are blue like the lines on psyga. The horn seperates the blue visor into two like kabuto.
Still deciding on the belt, either IXA's, Kabuto's or Psyga's.
