Not sure which format this was released on (maybe MegaDrive/Genisis) and I can't recall any MMPR video game being released on PC, maybe this was played using an emulator..

The fighting game - (second link) is a genisis game. I liked all the games but the Fighting Edition game (on the SNES with the MEgazords) was my favorite.
