The ninth Malaysia International Film Festival, or MIFFest, opened up on July 18, marking eight days of celebrating international cinema. This year's festival is officially recognized by ASEAN Records, which is pretty cool. The opening ceremony was quite a star-studded event, with filmmakers and industry leaders hitting the red carpet.
