Go to the store from which you bought the Vista and complain about it.

Or (and this is the English teacher in me talking), stop being dependant on your spellcheck the way a crackhead is dependant on his junkie and read it over yourself. Some spelling mistakes will be glaringly obvious. For those that aren't, but instead look like they could be wrong, have a dictionary handy.
