I haven't had a chance to really play this through since my controller's on its last leg, but it seems pretty solid. This is just a first release so it'll likely be updated on a regular basis.

Capcom knows about MUGEN, but they consider it along the lines of fan fiction, and since it's not being redistributed for money or commercial gain on the part of the people who made it, they don't think it's big enough to issue a cease and desist order towards it.
