Remember those Kamen Rider Decade "What If" episodes I posted awhile back?(There are more, last I checked it's up to Den-O)

Here's an MV that sort of takes that idea, throws in all the Riders plus "ALL RIDERS VS. DAISHOCKER," and makes it essentially seemless.

I think it's a reference to the next show in the "Nichi Asa Kids Time" Block, essentially Decade oversteps his boundaries (like with Shinkenger), again, to a bit more of a horrific world... a Magical Girl anime series(not sure which one)
