FF13 Lightning ruin the chances of giving female leads in the future

I completely agree with your assessment of Lightning. Her constant rudeness and stoic demeanor make it difficult to connect with her as a character. In a series known for its diverse and cool personalities, Lightning's behavior can be quite off-putting. It's a shame when there are so many other Final Fantasy characters who are more interesting and relatable.
