okay, though remember that your powers will basically be limited by the OOO show timeline, gradually expanding in conjunction with the series

well, I figure that they'll mostly be together, though the story will involve moving to separate locations, and tactics may involve them splitting in to groups(divide and conquer), though I think the main base will probably be a KingLiner

well, we might need a few more NPCs(so far we have Shiro Kanzaki, Hopper-0, Takeshi Hongo, and the DenLiner Crew+Taros+Sieg. we could have a few more) then we set up the rules, make a basic plot introduction summary(including naming the two sides. I already have the tentative R.W.R.F. for the good guys, but no name for the bad guys group yet, though I'd want to avoid it being some variation of Shocker), come up with a title, and then we'll be ready to create the sign-up thread

maybe, but leaning towards yes. for the riders, they're basically the farthest they've gone in their stories, so riders with already-existing final forms will start with them(of course, it will be encouraged to spam the final forms, esepcially since this is kind of a war, and tactics are necessarry). though since theoretically, all Ryuki riders have a Survive Form, I could possibly allow Zolda Survive at some point in the story
