Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger: Overall thoughts, anyone?!?!?

Yep, that's why Tyranno Ranger and Dragon Ranger appeared in Akibaranger, because no one likes them. Yes, Zyu was not as popular as Jetman or Dairanger, but it was still a hit.

Zyuranger over was a fun show watching it about 3x and all honestly it was that show that broke the sentai mode and made it something different. I like Jetman and JAKQ but there was something special about zyuranger that I felt was different about the show.

I thought Witch Bandora was a pretty good villain. I like her back story and I think her plans on getting children in Japan to bring back her son was pretty well done. There are moments where you do feel bad about her character and you can see why she became evil. Unlike Rita in MMPR Season 1 where she is just evil just for the stake of being evil. Bandora had reasons for being evil and had a motivation. Rita had none. Why did Rita kid nap kids in Angel Grove? Because she is evil, that's why.

Didn't liked it, almost all kids were ungrateful annoying brats, Mei was annoying too, i wanted to choke her for her squeaky voice, i really liked Geki and Burai and Dora Franken, Burai parts and Dora Franken episodes i can watch, rest is meh...MMPR was far better in my opinion

Hey, don't blame Arakawa for that crazy episode. That one was written by Yoshio Urasawa.

Ah! My mistake. Well, he probably still felt salty that they used an episode from a show he supervised. Unless he was offended for Yoshio Urasawa (if I recall, the two of them are really good friends).

It depends, some villains are just left better evil because they are born that way. We don't need a reason why Michael Myers is evil. Nor one to tell us why Maleficent is evil. Why Jafar is evil. Why Megatron is evil. Why Shadam is evil. Some people are just born evil and that is okay with me.

Bandora would have been just as awesome of a villain without her backstory, but the writers really made it work for her to help her stand out from other villains like Radiguet and Dr Bias.

Just finished watching Zyuranger and my final thoughts since the first episode......it's okay. Aside from Burai, Griffozer and Lami...yeah, I'm sorry but the main five Zyurangers, they're not really that great. Bandora's okay, but not what I'd considered to be a "great Sentai female villain". But, the final battle with "Great Satan" was hilarious.:rofl:

Overall...Kyoryu Sentai is..."Okay!" Still don't get what's great about this Sentai series, though. Sorry.

Yeah, but at least those villains where pretty written in my opinion. Looking back on MMPR, Rita was a very generic and boring villain. Lord Zedd was hardly any better in my opinion.

That's because most kids are. Spend an entire week in a fourth grade classroom and you will see how selfish and mean spirited kids are.

Overall...Kyoryu Sentai is..."Okay!" Still don't get what's great about this Sentai series, though. Sorry.

Short version: Choreography, costumes, monster designs, mecha, music, originality, and fun characters.
