As part of a trade I picked up a dvd called Attack of the Supermonsters. I watched it and all I can say is holy ****!!!:buttrock: As it turned out it's 4 or 5 eps of Tsuburaya's Kyoryu Daisenso Aizenborg dubbed and combined into a 90 min movie. If you have no idea what Kyoryu Daisenso Aizenborg is like I didn't this show is animation and rubbersuit monster fighting combined. The best way I can describe it is Battle of the Planets+super sentai+ jumborg ace. The show ran for 39 eps. If you have it contact me asap. I will trade any dvd set I have for it provided the quality isn't ****. Thanks.

I myself would love to get my hands on Aizenborg :buttrock: ..only have ever come across a few VHScaps

I was kid, I've Watched Aizenborg, it dubbed in Arabic Called Al-rajul Al-hadidi and, I well going to Buy DVD.

I like different things from time to time. This show is so bizzare that it simply is a must watch. I tried X Bomber because it was different. In my opinion it also sucked! Puppets just not my thing. This is different but in a very appealing way. Mecha + Giant Robots + Evil Dinosaurs+ Cartoon = Can't miss fun watch.:buttrock:

I started you sets Shaun. I'll email later

Short Introduction

The "Kyoryu Series" is what I personally consider a TRUE TOKU...
:169: :169:

Kyoryu Daisenso Aizenborg is the 2nd show of the series. Made after the 1st show "Born Free" and released just a few months after the release of "The Last Dinosaur" ...
:) :)

Personally, I see Aizenborg as the best ever Toku show in terms of Characters, Kaijus, Giant Hero, Villains, BGM, Sound Effects, Special Effects, etc...

Many Toku legends worked on this show...
:buttrock: :buttrock:

Just wanna say that the original Japanese Story is 100% different than that of the American Version which made it look bad to Toku fans...

More about this later, only if I see this thread active and not like the sleepy "Koseidon" thread...
:169: :disappoin

Well if you know where we can track this series down you can see there are a few people who might like to check this show out. Myself included.

Heads up for anyone who wants to check out the movie Gzilla mentioned in the first post... it's available on Amazon.

I'm gonna order a copy later today. But yeah... I'd so love to get a chance to check the series out.

Apparently here is a place to download the Arabic dub... if anyone wants. Of course, I'd much rather have the original Japanese audio...
