It's a pretty old movie. I've seen it on the video store shelves every now and then for awhile now. It's also got Kuriyama Chiaki (Battle Royale, Kill Bill) in it as you can see in the pics.

Odagiri Joe's recent Drama, Jikou Keisatsu was just released on DVD this past month. It also has Asou Kumiko from Casshern in it.
