Kuuga Banner Request.

This is one of my favorite wallpapers of all time and I'd like to have a banner made from it. It can be just a simple straight-forward reformatting of it to banner size (basically Kuuga from the waist up) or something more fancy, perhaps including the symbol image I've put below the wallpaper.
