This is a 'Picture Anime' (Gaku-Anime) made by GARO creator Keita Amemiya. The voices here were Konishi Hiroki (Saejima Kouga/GARO) and Mika Hijii (Kaoru) while the theme is sung by Rei Fujita (Rei Suzumura/ZERO) of DUSTZ.
