Kamen Rider Scissors?!

I always read his name as Kamen Rider Ceasars. But then I read his Wiki article, and now he's Scissors? WTF? That's an awfully bad name. Ah well, I never seen Ryuki before.:disappoin

BTW, does anyone have any proof that it's actually Scissors, rather than Ceasars? Perhaps like a box art or something? Or was it just derived from fansubs?
