Kamen Rider Ryuki fans, need help!

Hi everyone, currently I'm gonna start writing a script for a video I'm planning to do, however I need help.

I'm gonna use a lot of KR Ryuki footage, and the thing is I need to know some stuff:

Basically I need to know when each rider made their first appearance (but not segments like Zolda's where he appears at the very end of an episode to hype up the next episode, actual episode where he does the henshin and stuff)
and when each rider died, I know the main 4 died in the last 2 episodes, so that's that, but I need the rest as well.

I'm sure you guys will enjoy the video, but because of my job I don't have time to look episode after episode for then the rider debuted/died so...

I know it's asking a lot, but for those that have the series in a HD or something, can you check real fast? I'll give you guys credit in the err credits

This is going from memory:

Ryuki: 1~end (2 is the "proper" debut of Ryuki, and Shinji's still in the last episode despite what happens at the end of 49.)

Knight: 1~end

Scissors: 5 & 6

Zolda: 7~end

Raia: 13~23 (Tezuka's back for the finale)

Gai: 15~19

Ouja: 18~end

Odin: End of 27~end (only appearing a couple times though. The 27 stuff is kind of a teaser but it leads right into 28.)

Tiger: 35~46

Imperer: 40~44 (no transformation until 41 but I think he's coolest in 40)

Alternative: 37 & 38

Alternative Zero: 39~42

Verde's in the TV Special and Femme & Ryuga are in the movie
