I don't know about Kabuto since I've only seen the movie and played the game, but Kiva had Henshin poses. Wataru's was calling out Kivat, grabbing him, holding Kivat out in front of him, "Gyabu!", "Henshin", and finally transformation. IXA was the one with the very Showa style posing, especially when Otoya was the user.
Kabuto had them, as someone has shown in the figure. For the most part, every Rider held their Zecter in the same pose, prior to saying "Henshin".
Wataru and every male IXA user (Nago, Otoya, Kengo) had their own Henshin pose.
Hibiki, what do you call holding the Onsa in front of his forehead?
All show tend to dispense with the henshin pose as the series goes on (action scenes where they have to henshin while fighting, or on the run). But they'll generally return.
The funny part about Kabuto is both Tendou and Kagami's henshin poses make it damn near impossible to put the Zecter in the belt without moving your hand. They face the Zecter upside forward, but to put it in the belt you have to hold the upside. I always assume they had to do it in two shots.
Every Rider in Kamen Rider Kabuto except for Kabuto and Gattack had their own "Henshin" pose while they were saying, "HENSHIN!" Wataru and the male IXA users had different poses. I think the best henshin poses were in Faiz, Ryuki and Blade.
