I think that when the Former OOO sealed the Greeeds, his consciousness entered Lost Ankh's hand, and it became the Ankh we know and love. This might explain why Ankh knows what each medal's power is, and why he's searching for the perfect body, because he failed 800 years ago. :eyebrow:

It's kind of a stretch since Lost Ankh's body was the only think that didn't get caught up in the vortex of energy that sealed the Greeds away.

But hell, anything is possible in the realm of KR...

What they said was that previous Riders were pretty much just spamming their final form towards the end. They didn't want to do that with OOO because his gimmick is combo changing. That's the charm in OOO. So they want to continue going with random combos and not just spam the final form like Kiva Emperor. No where did it say that Putotira isn't the final form. They just don't want to overuse it.
