In the middle ages, a flimsy, fragile truce had been going on between the Vampires and the Humans, with both sides wary of each other, and ready to do battle with one another should someone from either side inflicted harm on the other. Of course, it was only a matter of time before that fragile peace shattered -- and that time was the arrival of vile, monstrous creatures known as Fangire -- vampires that gave up their human form in order to become a demonic beast that sucked on the life-energy of humans. While at first the Humans and vampires declared war on each other, light would be shed upon the true culprits, and the Humans and Vampires, along with the Mer-people and the werewolves, would band together, albeit reluctantly, to put an end to the treachery of the Fangire race once and for all. While most of the humans believed that the Fangire wont bother them anymore, the Vampires knew better, and with the help of the Mer-people, the Werewolves, and a mad scientist from the human race, created four bioweapons known as Kivats, as well as a myriad of other weapons, for their respective descendants to use in the event of the resurgence of the Fangires.
Surely enough, the Fangires, after a long period of dormancy, emerged from the shadows to begin wreaking havoc on the human race once more. Unbeknownst to many, the four descendants chosen to use the Kivats have emerged from the shadows as well, and the fate of Humanity rests upon the victor of this new Fangire War.....

It was a sunny afternoon in the city of Tokyo, and many people went about with their usual business. In one particular area of the city, classes have just concluded at a well-known high school, with many of the students leaving the campus to do whatever they pleased. Some students would hit the arcades to play round after round of the popular fighting games available while blowing off their homework. Some would head home or the library and totally immerse themselves in their studies, while blowing off the chance to have a bit of fun. Others would hook up with each other and go on a date, neglecting their studies as well.
However, one particularly attractive female student did not fit into any of these three categories. The student -- more popularly known at her school as Yuki Kruger -- instead chose to head to a local park that most of her fellow classmates did not visit. Upon arrival at the local park, Yuki crawled along the edge of the park's paved walkway, seemingly searching for something. Soon enough, Yuki did find what she was searching for: a skeleton of a fully-eaten fish. Yay....I feel so lucky today... she smiled softly as she reached out for the fishbone. However, that smile would lessen slightly as she witnessed a calico cat pounce upon the fishbone she desired, instead prompting her to reach out and attempt to pet the cat. "Nee, Neko-sama......Wil you please let me have that fishbone. I would like to use it for something," Yuki pleaded with the cat softly. The cat, however, merely responded, by looking at the teenage girl with expressed disinterest, and merely bounded off to enjoy its pickings. This caused Yuki to sigh in defeat, watching the cat run away with her fishbone. I guess I won't be able to make it after all... Yuki thought to herself, a rather sad frown evident on her face at that point.
Unfortunately for Yuki, her misfortunes would not end there, as a loud voice cut into her thoughts. Looking back to see who it was, Yuki instantly saw a group of elementary-age boys standing not too far from her location, mischievous looks evident on their faces. "Hey! It's the creepy Onee-chan! Get her!" The boy in the front -- presumably the leader of the ragtag group -- commanded to the other boys as he picked up a good sized rock and hurled it at Yuki, who responded in turn by blocking the rock with her arms. At once, the other boys obeyed, and began to pick up and throw rocks at Yuki, who began to run away in fear. Waaah! Why do they always pick on me? I've never bothered them once.... Yuki cried, continuing to run away from the onslaught of rocks thrown at her by the schoolchildren.
