As far as Fourze goes: the videos in episode 2, all the mentions in the tv show itself that Kamen Rider is an heroic name and, yes, Megamax. I don't see how all that is trumped by the Kamen Rider World short which is the only connection between the 90s Riders themselves and also between the 90s Riders and the Showa Riders.
