Kamen Rider in Thailand

Interesting!!

One thing that confuses me though, if this is Kamen Rider X's song, why is Kamen Rider V3 at the front, and pretty much taking most of the time in this OP?

Because this is the opening from the dreaded Chaiyo Masked Rider film, Hanuman and the Five Riders. Chaiyo's version of X's theme was so god-awful, I'd say it's quite laughable.

And don't ask me why the opening here has absolutely NO CREDITS, let alone in the entire film (aside from the Chaiyo logo at the beginning), because I have no idea. I am still so thunderstruck at how bad the film was.

EARS...BLEEDING...

Yeah, the movie's pretty terrible. I still want those 2+ hours of my life back.

Faaaaaaaaaar better are the two Taiwanese Rider films (which were actually sanctioned by Toei, IIRC) using footage from Kamen Rider vs. Shocker & Kamen Rider vs. Ambassador Hell, and one using footage from Kamen Rider V3 vs. Destron Kaijin (I've seen the latter dubbed in German as "Frankenstein's Kung Fu Monster") Those are actually really good. Now why aren't there clips of those online?

THOSE I would rather see! I heard that the Taiwanese Rider films are actually very good (I first heard of them through Oriental Cinema's Damon Foster), way better than the retarded Chaiyo Rider flick. Good to hear that these were legit!

What about the HK Rider film? Are there any copies of that online?

I don't think so. (I guess the Chinese prefer the real Riders, feeling that their own Rider movies were obsolete.) But then, you never know.

I don't even know if they were released on video in HK (I mean VCD or DVD format), but I do know they are on DVD in Germany (albeit dubbed in German, I think). The first film, The Super Riders With the Devil was released there as Krieg der Infras (passing it off as a follow-up to The Super Inframan, I would gather), and the second one, Super Rider V3 With the Devil, was released there under that crazy title, Frankenstein's Kung Fu Monster! I guess they should still be watchable even in German.

Ah!! So it looks like Winspector wasn't the only Tokusatsu to reach Germany after all!!
