Kamen Rider Henshin Justice

Can i be in the story too?... i know i'm not popular here,so i might as well just be one of the random week monster or something like that. But if i may... could i request to be... jummm:
- A Character kinda like bae from gekirangers ( stupid, weak, funny, anoying, but a good guy),
- Or maybe a character like azumu in KR Hibiki.
- Or even, a character like haku(i don;t know if this is the right name, is on the very firts episodes of the series) from naruto, you know that kind of characters that are loyal to their "masters" even tough they know that he is a bad guy, and that normaly, they die protecting their masters or in some cases turning good.
Let me know if i can help in something.

In high school I was the stereotypical half-Japanese nerd/otaku with a mental disorder who got bullied by almost everyone in school. I put up with a lot of crap and when a fight broke out I got in trouble even though I didn't start it. My philosophy was don't hit first, if you hit second make it count. In other words he who hits hardest does not necessarily hit first. I was slightly psychotic and took a lot of flak for my love of toku. Kids would come to me singing "Go Go Power Rangers" knowing I'd get pissed and do something stupid. But through it all with the help of my one true friend from that time, I persevered.
As for my character I'd like to essentially be like I stated above. As for my alter ego, I'd like to wear a black trenchcoat, black fedora, black opera cloak, and red scarf covering my face. My weapons of choice are two chrome semi-auto magnums, a katana, and a double-barrelled sawn-off shotgun called the boomstick. My powers are superhuman marksmanship and swordsmanship and the ability to cloud men's minds. My name is Kamen Kage, the masked Shadow.
Think of me as a cross between Riderman, the Punisher and the old pulp hero the Shadow. I kill criminals and leave the brand of a spider emblem on their foreheads. Personality-wise, I have a lot in common with the Japanese kid from "Heroes'. I'm smart, quiet yet quick to anger, and I'm a total otaku and Dr. Who fan.
Anyway, that's the way I'd like to be portrayed.

This happened IRL? Or is this just for the fan fic? Because if it was IRL, that's pretty harsh dude.

Yes Exo, unfortunately, it happened IRL. All that happened and more. And Rambo I'd like that to be my character's background. He becomes Kamen Kage to fight against and right the crimes and wrongs in the characters home city.
