Kamen Rider Black

Except, he's still a major character, no matter your opinions of him. His death should be notable enough to include in the list, especially since if ends his storyline and further shows Biru's power.

I think you're having a hard time thinking about the significance of these episodes from the perspective of someone who has not previously seen Black. I chose the episodes I did because I felt they were the most important to view to get a feel for the overarching plot and a buildup to Shadowmoon while cutting out as much of the filler as possible.

While it's true that the episode in question shows a bit of how Gorgom deals with things (and how Biru deals with things), it's mostly just the exit of a character that was primarily used in filler and has little impact on the series as a whole. My concern was cutting out the fluff, not giving "the whole Black experience."

By-the-by, I just finished an episode of RX. The second Shadowmoon episode as it turns out. I don't like him as much in this series as before, but not so much as to dislike him. Who I DO like more are the generals and the monsters. A lot of the monsters have individual personalities and boy are the designs awesome!

RX is one of the only rider series that doesn't use an animal motif primarily. The monster designs are a lot more differentiated from one another with wildly different sizes, shapes, and motifs. Some are demons, some are beasts, some are robots. I like the robots the best. They tend to have the most intricate designs, some going so far as to have wheels or extra limbs.

You should check out the Metal Hero series. That's basically what RX is. I know that joke gets tossed around with some of the newer Riders, but it's painfully true for RX more than any of them.

Yeah, the different Crisis generals with their different kinds of MotWs is pretty much straight out of Metalder, which is a show that everyone should watch.
