Kamen Rider Battride War Creation

Agreed. Plus with nearly 50 playable Riders I think it would have been cool if at least one of them was female. Even just a tag partner would have been nice.

pretty much, would even be fine if they omit ZX from the game and just wait until he's fully playable before they add it to BW and just have Tackle instead as the 2nd Showa NPC

here's the debut of the extremely underused GK-06 Unicorn, which was so obscure that one would prolly mistake it for G3's more prominent Chainsaw weapon, which was also underused in games(it didn't saw combat in CH or his NPC BW days, the only time he used it a LOT was in the PS1 Agito game)

Unicorn is a lot more useful than the Destroyer though since it can actually hit the enemy. The Twitter text also acknowledge that Unicorn manage to block the upgraded El of Earth's attack, which broke the Shining Caliber with ease.

Well that's cool about Boost, I wonder if Necrom and Grateful Dead will be DLC later down the line.

Boost makes sense to be a separate character since he also features it's own set of form changes. Necrom is possible since he will appear in the show in February, the same month the game comes out.

Greatful only comes out in April so the chances for being in the game are close to none.

The twitter page announced that there will be new footage posted on the website later tonight (Japan time).

On a side note, I finished the Ghost game last night recording footage for Youtube (that I'll edit and post ASAP). There are only 10 missions and no other Eyecons or forms unlocked after you beat the game. You just unlock hard mode and that's it. There is a cool Ghost vs. Specter fight after the credits though.

footage? does that mean new video? or just pictures again....

EDIT: it's already out

quite a lenghty Showa trailer, me likee

I am quite impressed with the visual boost. I thought it wouldn't but it does look better on PS4 than the previous versions. Good job BanNam.

I am pretty sure they will divide these videos in 3 parts. First the Showa, second Kuuga - Decade and lastly W - Ghost.

Anyways, this made me fairly more excited about it.

well, this is the first one for PS4 after all...

as for the video order, it's already shown in the site that there's going to be SIX videos including this one, coming up next is 2000~2006, 2006~2009, 2009~2012, 2012~2016, and lastly, DLC Riders, note that the 2006 onwards had a LOT of riders per-series, so it's going to still be a 7 minute video despite only covering 3 year span unlike Showa/2000 heisei

oh and both Spectre and Chaser are now added to the series roster, but you can't access their pic/vid yet

The effect they do with their transformation belts is so interesting. Cool-looking at first but ends up being funny because they didn't need to do that. I always thought they were going to use the eyecatches the Showa series used. They were not used for the ending, but it still fits well enough. The game Genealogy of Justice used them in that manner.

Now, as tradition, I shall now comment on the voice actors:

Truly, the only one that seems inaccurate is X-Rider. A pity. They could have had Hayami back, especially if the Showa Riders had been added for Battride War II.

Rider 2 seems to be Takahiro Fujimoto again. A problem I had with him is that his voice seemed too unique. It's a delight to hear but not so fitting for a character with an already established voice. But I have to give him a lot of credit because he really seems to be trying hard to come as close to Takeshi Sasaki as possible. He does a really good job here. He's also good for the regular speaking voice (as heard in Megamax), which sounds very damn close.

V3 is indeed Hirofumi Tanaka. His voice is very far away from Miyauchi's. Much of what I said with Rider 2 applies here too. But I definitely prefer him over Seki Tomokazu, because Tomokazu inevitably goes into his Mobirates/Ikadevil voice when he yells out the attacks or the "VUISURYAH!"
Funnily enough, Tanaka still seems incapable of saying that properly, so he sticks with just "VUISURII". Again, much credit and respect to him because he does a great amount of effort to sound like Miyauchi.
I have to wonder why they haven't been able to get Miyauchi for any voice roles, though. If anything, he should be one of the easiest actors to get back...

Amazon sounds excellent. Not sure if that's Koji Tobe again, but would make sense if so.

Stronger... my god! I didn't think any voice actor could come that close to Araki's voice, but this was a really good impression. Whenever I talk about voice acting for Riders I often say something like: "Their speaking voice is good but when they yell the attacks it's not" or viceversa. Hideo Ishikawa, who did his voice for Megamax, was definitely an example for the reverse. His speaking voice was completely different from the original but when he yelled that "Stronger Den Kick!" it was uncannily perfect. Here, it's a bit of the reverse. Araki's voice was so unique that I often thought it would be near-impossible to even come close to it (the speaking voice, that is). But here, we have a damn good impression.

Skyrider seems to be his voice for All Riders, Rider Taisen and other movies, along with Rider Generation 2. I looked up the names and one of them was Hideo Ishikawa for Rider Taisen, but it seemed to me he had the same VA for All Riders and Movie War 2010, which is a different actor.
Anyway, a thing I hated about RG2 is that they replaced the VA they used for the first RG for RG2. He is an inaccurate voice, and the one they got for RG was much better for Hiroshi Tsukuba. However, like I said for Rider 2 and V3, the VA seems to be doing great effort to sound like the original, Hiroaki Murakami.

Super-1 is good enough. Once again, I wonder if it's the same one we've got since All Riders.
