Cuz they have none. I think I showed in Part 1 that activating the finisher on ANY form will activate weather the Ore Omega Drive.

not the finisher attack, i mean the attack that costs half block of your energy reserves, Ore does a spaz attack of sorts, whereas Billy does a double shotgun thingie(which you aimed the wrong way), i saw on your current vid that they cost energy to do

i wonder what purpose will it have on the game, is supposed to function similarly to Super 1's radar, but now they changed Super 1's Radar hand to a literal homing missile launcher attack instead of a tracking beacon, so yeah, i'm stumped

From the text, it's an area stun move. V3 unleash a special sound from the Hopper that stun the surrounding enemies.

ah, i see, area stun is pretty common in SCH (Sagozo and Accel comes to mind) but i don't recall anyone having that kind of move in BW yet, so yeah, nice
