Rider: Kamen Rider Gills
Rider Image: ( I can't believe there's no decent image of Gills on the internet that is not a fanart >_>)
Theme Song: feeling that this is pointless still.
Short Intro:
Ren is a pacifistic jerk with a heart of gold. He write his own comics and post them up online as an amatuer comic artist. He's currently studying in an art college and he had managed to get majority of the students there to hate on him, both accidentally and intentionally. He had never fought with his fist before although he talk like he always do. He's 21 and talks pretty highly of himself and usually put down others. He's also a perfectionist who's most of the time lazy. Ren get frustated easily when he isn't one of the tops and will put on a pissed off face for a few hours. He's also an aethist. Ren wants to be a proffesional and successful comic artist one day later.
Short Info: He's the "I'mma hunt you down to hell!" type of guy. It is said that he has fought in the war, evident with his scars and the loss of his eye. However, no records were ever found of what kind of war he fought or what military he was registered in. Whatever it was, he is probably too valuable for the government to lose. One thing to know, don't even dare to mess with him. He is currently stationed in NYC, hunting down survivors of the Akebeno Incident that might've escaped there.

Short Intro:
He's he head of a multi-billion weapons development and research company called Shinohara Tech a business man who'll stop at nothing to get what he wants. He was separated from his family at a young age, and adopted by a wealthy family. Over time, Ryugo learned how the family business worked and he took over as head of the company. His main base of operations is in New York City, and he's currently there on buisness...he claims to be Rose's long lost older brother, although Grandmother often likes to deny that he even exists.
Oblivion and Kai are accepted. Now onto DK. Gonna say no, and I'll list why. First off is Gaoh would fall under the banned list because of how strong he is, and because he'd logically possess the God's Train/Gaoh Liner. Second I'm extremely leery, in any rpg, KR based or not, if people "arching" themselves, being villians for themselves, it sort of undermines the concept of an rpg to me.
You should probably make a list of which Riders can be taken and which cannot...since you didn't really say anything about me wanting Gaoh in the PM I sent you.
Would he work if I made him another Rider? Say, Zabee?
I think that comes under common sense dude, it should be obvious that super strong riders that are usually one of the last few to be introduced or something would be pretty strong and are kinda more "special" than the others. =D Btw, Axel, I kinda wanna play Shadowmoon, I'd sent you a pm. >>
