Rider JUMP, Rider KICK, Rider PUNCH. And strength. But that doesn't take into account his other skills. Remember that Ichigo was the more finesse of the Double Riders in combat (Ichimonjii being more of brute strength, or so it seemed)...

Actually I did some research, apparently Hongo had his full strenght in human form, but learned to control it. Also, he was said to have an artificial heart which increased his endurance and artificial lungs. His Forarms, hands, lower legs and feet also seem to be completly artificial.

^But he could still jump pretty high so it doesn't matter if he henshin or not since he power are the same.

True. Apparently the forearms and hands had 15 to 20 times greater gripping strength than a human. Also, I think the lower legs and feet were used to help Hongo in his leaps. Humans must exert a lot of force to jump after all, so the legs contain springs and shock absorbers to take some of the strain off his muscles(at least it's what I think from my own research and my own theories). Also I've read that his lungs could recycle oxygen for 30 min. Can anyone confirm these statements?
