I still have barely heard of him... I guess he's pretty famous n' stuff.

A hell of a lot more famous than any twerp from Kabuto! :P Hironobu's not the "Prince" of the anime/tokusatsu kingdom for nothin'.

...I also thought this thread was about Hironobu. Still cool for Bueno to stumble across a tokusatsu regular, though.

I'm probably gonna end up seeing 'em again at Double Hero Festival at Tokyo Dome.

But he isn't the prince of the anime kingdom. His Toku resume is extensive though.

I am. Still hadn't heard of him till I got here. :anime:

He is according to the Japanese, that doesn't change just because you haven't heard of him. "アニソン界のプリンス" (Prince of the Anison World).

"Anison" (shortened from anime-song) is a term coined by singer Mitsuko Horie (since then herself being dubbed "Queen of the Anison World") that's meant to refer to anime songs, tokusatsu songs and game songs. Ichirou Mizuki, of course, is the King, in case anyone is wondering. Those are the "Big Three" of the anison world...

Well someone needs to fix his Wiki page because his resume is too damned short to be the the Jack of the anime music world, nevermind prince.

.....And why the **** isn't Megumi Hayashibara mentioned anywhere in there? EVERYONE'S heard of her.

Name someone else who's done as many songs as he has in anime, toku and video games. Wikipedia doesn't even list all the songs he's done.
