It's a customized figure, I remember seeing it in Hyper Hobby, where they run a page or two of custom figure submissions every month.

That is a pretty sweet figure. Sure most of it looks like just parts of Blade’s King form with Garren’s different features, but still that is a awesome looking figure. The mixture of black and gold blend well together.

It was never an official SIC figure, if I remember correctly (i.e. it wasn't one of the actual toys you could buy). As was said before, someone just customized the one that they bought.

Hm, I'm not keen on it. It's also a little inconsistent. King Form is a combination of all the undead rouse cards, right? When you saw Blade-King form you saw that he had all the card emblems engraved on his armor. But on this customized figure, we see now card emblems on his armor. No, he's just gold and hist accessories are slightly more exaggerated.

It's a step in the right direction. But I'm a bit bias because I know that Tachibana never needed upgrades to get the job done, he always won the battle using his original rider form. Heck, using Jack Form was just a formality sometimes.
