Fiveman finished and now it's time for Spielban. I've been waiting since 2004 to watch this series and now I get the chance to. I'm personally gonna dedicate this viewing to Machiko Soga.

I cheated and watched the first 2 episodes last night before finishing Fiveman and I loved every minute of it. The Snow scene battles was a very good opening to the series. Lady Diana looks alot hotter in Spielban than she did in Black RX.

The only question I have right now is if anyone knows where I can find a Speilban english episode guide?.

Watched eps 3 and 4 today and really enjoyed them. It seems we are jumping right into the story, no filler crap.

So Dr. Bio is Spielban's father and Hellvira/Helen is Spielban sister?. How come Helen has a split personality, what is that Armor doing to her?.

So Wahrer Empire destroyed Spielban's home planet, Clin, many years ago and during the destruction his father and sister were captured while everyone else died. Spielban's Mother and Diana's Mother sent the children off to saftey in the Gran Nazca ship (Superman/Krypton style).

So now in current time the Wahrer need water to perserve their ship/life? So they come to Earth, Spielban & Diana are there and the battle begins.

Am I right so far?.

Why did Dr.Bio turn Helen in Hellvira in the first place?. Another question, when Spielban does his finisher how come it always shows images of his planet and family being destroyed? Is that some sort of motivation for him to finish the baddie off?. I like the dramatic music that plays during that scene. :buttrock:

I'm also hoping we get longer fight scenes, the ones so far haven't been too long.

Are there are big story arcs and multiparters that I can expect?.

Just wait...

Yep.

How come Helen has a split personality, what is that Armor doing to her?.

She's under complete control by Wahrer while Hellvira. Also, Bio/Ben pretty much had no control over anything and was forced to turn her into Hellvira.

So now in current time the Wahrer need water to perserve their ship/life? So they come to Earth, Spielban & Diana are there and the battle begins.

Wahrer needs water for their god named...you guessed it, "Wahrer."

Spielban & Diana were not only sent with the technology to fight them, but they were sent from Clin to be the "Adam & Eve" and continue their people's existance.

Another question, when Spielban does his finisher how come it always shows images of his planet and family being destroyed?

He's reminding himself of the events and getting pissed off enough to finish them off. His line is always, "My wrath is about to explode" (or however you prefer to tweak that).

Are there are big story arcs and multiparters that I can expect?.

A good chunk of the first half of the series is pretty much devoted to the finding of Dr. Ben/Bio and the attempts to rescue Helen.

BTW, how did you like that Wahrer first targeted Canada for water in the premiere episode? I thought that was an interesting idea, but then Wahrer was lazy and decided to set up camp in Japan.

All Canada would have for defence are drunken Mounties.

btw, Was Hellvira used in VR Troopers as Red Python?.

Also, the quality of these DVDs are amazing. I always thought my Changeman DVDs had excellent quality but the Spielban & Juspion are 100% R2 style. It's so hot that it could even get a Priest horny. So crisp and clear aswell.

Sharing your booze with 'em, huh, Shaun?

After searching for hours for a God damn Speilban episode guide and still not finding it, I'll need all that booze for myself.

My last resort is getting one of my Brazilian Toku buddies to give me the guide in Pork Chop (Portuguese) and then I can get a family member to translate it.

*grabs a B33r*

^ Yeah, no kidding.

Question for ep 5, How come Helen went all emotional when Dr.Bio showed her footage of her transforming into Hellvira?, Did she not know she was Hellvira already?.

What was the speech Dr.Bio was saying to Helen when they were talking at the staircase?.

So far from the first 5 episodes I'm detecting this series is extremely emotional and dramatic, it gives me a Kamen Rider Black feeling.

I found this pic of Shaider without his helmet on, umm isn't that the same actor who went on to play Spielban?.

Also, Finally got the episode guide except it's in Portuguese. :disappoin
