I think we might be the only two people on this forum who don't like the Jetman finale...

I'm not against the idea of heroes dying, or even downbeat endings to a show, but Gai's death just smells of bad-Inoue. Have Gai stabbed by the thug and die right there, but the whole trying to go to the wedding thing, and everyone being too stupid to notice anything wrong with him -- it's just dumb.

I believe if they wanted to kill off Gai they should have done it before the last episode. It just felt the idea came up last minute and there was no real purpose for it.
