International Shmuppreciation Month!

Courtesy of our friends over at Team Fremont Live and Broadcast Gamer, March has been declared National Shmuppreciation Month, but since we have a few more countries over at out digs... here at HJU it's International.

I'm not that much into Shmups,b ut I do have a few I hold close to my heart. Right now I'm jamming on:

Both untraditional in the Gradius sense, but two I do cherish.

But Gaiares stood out so much from a lot of shooters from that day. I'm just amazed it wasn't mentioned.

I was just wondering as their lists seem to only go back to the PS1 & saturn. Since my TG16 is still hooked up, guess I'll pick those to be my shooters to play this month.

Their lists are as far as the games the know of and would recommend. If they don't have games you guys know of, it's prolly cuz they haven't heard of 'em.
