Oh, I've also always wanted to open a restaurant called CHINA EXPLOSION, where we'd serve EXPLOSIVE Chinese food and everything would be overtly Asian. I'm talking giant neon pandas and **** everywhere.

I get the impression that you're either talking about firey hot, or...just big poritions, Denny's big.

Hmm... If I could run my own business, I'd probably want it to be something related to technology. Not sure if I'd want it to be (1) based around some awesome program, (2) a cool company like what Google has become, or (3) a more physical store with products.

All three are appealing in different ways... But I think 2 would be the coolest. Followed by 1 then 3.

I already own my own business - a computer store.

And mind you... owning one's own business isn't what it's cracked up to be. Between the licenses, taxes (quarterly AND yearly), bills, the bitchy customers that want something for nothing (and customers who complain because they feel entitled)... sometimes owning your own business isn't worth it. Vacations, sick leave, medical insurance... those are things that a business owner loses and might even have to pay towards employees. Sometimes... so not worth it.
