If you could make a Kamen Rider video game?

Kind of a Soul Calibur game where you can do mission modes as well as fighting game stuff. Maybe have a create your own Rider option.

For the monsters, try to make a roster of the very best ones from every series and have a boss that brings them together somehow. Maybe the Great Leader finally gets a body of his own and with it to power to raise at least one monster from each of the various villan groups. Now this might be tricky when you're getting to the Grongi or the Undead but the Great Leader doesn't really have alot of limits defined for him so there could be a room for a connection to the Man in Black or the WORMs.

I wanted to do something like Koei's Musou games

Each rider has his own special and bike summon

The Bike summon controls depend on the right analog stick (PS2/3)
Bike attacks are done by pressing R3

Misc abilities (Cast off, extra forms, upgrades) are on the d-pad
The transformation sequences are also enabled by a button but it would take 3-5 seconds before getting into the said form.

And there would be some rooms where one rider's ability can be used.

and there would be like certain missions like
RH - Rescue Hostage Scenario
PT - Protect the Innocent
EM - Eliminate them all
TM - Time Limit
BA - Boss Attack
and BR - Bike Race

There would also be a Rider Attack meter, this is where you can switch forms and use specials within this bar. You can only recharge it by either resting and attacking more kaijins and sort.

The KO Count is also crucial to enabling other riders, bike attacks and other mystical attacks. The KO Count will convert to Rider CA$$H (RC) and if you have enough cash, you can buy it. though the KO Count System sounds easily funny, it will be balanced.

You get to play as the 90's movie and movie-only riders of today (ZO, J, Shin, Caucascus, Ga-oh, Burning Agito), as well as the main riders and their supporting riders.

Monstrous bosses also appear (Tiger Bazooka, Mishimaworm, Shadowmoon, Tv-bae and etc...)
