It was also a sarcastic response. Of course I'm not saying those are all the shows are good for don't take it literally.

No, that was straight out of a translated interview. What was false was the idea that the Kamen Rider Club was a leftover from that phase of the show's production and originally would investigate urban legends about the previous Riders. There's no source for that at all.

Rider: vehicles
-make up their mind whether to put the bike or not with them, rather than tacking it on to the current theme. I think that Toei either has keep the bike and rethink the ideas it has that incorporate it or ditch it.
-use smaller support vehicles and transportation when a bike isn't involve does not fit well with the theme
-use it in battle all the time or focus more on the fighting skill of the choreography of the riders. Instead of just putting it out there as eye candy.
-refocus the bike more as the gimmick oppose to the weapon arsenal and forms. Though Bandai would require a lot of gimmicks, not just several for to make it worth its time.
-motorcycles that that completely different. Even a one wheel motorcycle would be interesting. Just that it can't be treated the same way as the previous decade to keep people with what kamen rider are going into battle. Keep in mind, this does not mean trying to put a flight ability on everything they see.
