Out of all of the Disney era Ranger Seasons, I liked Dino Thunder the most. But I did find problems.
1) Tommy as a mentor. For those who don't know, I am not a fan of Tommy. At most, I think of him as okay. And I really don't have much of a problem with Tommy as the mentor. Only that out of all of the veteran rangers to bring back, Tommy fits the least in this season, given the current motif. I know they mention that Tommy was a palentologist, but he showed no interest in that when he was a teenager. And most importantly, he had no connection to dinosaurs. In fact, Jason would have made a better mentor. He was one of the originals, he had one of the only zords that was actually a dinosaur(the other being Billy) and he would give advice to Conner, who wore his same color and had the same zord. In fact Jason was suppose to be the mentor. Tommy was only brought back because he is the most popular character.
2) Conner. He is one of the few characters I generally dispise in the Power Rangers universe. He didn't seem to be Red Ranger material in my opinion. He actually seemed like a major prick in my own personal opinion. I actually thought Trent or Ethan would have made better Red Rangers than Conner. We see jock Red Rangers all the time, I want a nerd Red Ranger.
3) The Tyrannodrones. I don't know why, But I don't like them.
Thats really all the problems I have. Other than that the show was awesome.
